Los Angeles

   L.A. is the second most populated city in the United states, besides New York which is the highest. Los Angeles is home to many significant and predominant sports teams from all different leagues. These different teams include the Angels (baseball), Lakers (basketball), Kings (hockey) and the Los angeles Galaxies for soccer. contrary to popular belief  L.A. has not had an NFL team since 1994.

L.A. also contains over 300 museums and is known as the entertainment capital of the world. It is also the only city in North America to have the privilege of hosting the summer Olympic games twice. The sun shines for an average of 329 days out of the year (envious) and the average temperature is around 70 degrees. The actual city contains a population of 4 million people, 47% of which are Hispanic or Latino. It is estimated that 25 million people visit the city every year on average for tourism. There are over 200 colleges and universities in L.A. which shows a strong passion for education.
