Bucket List

Having a severe case of wanderlust can be a big issue for a 'starving' university student like myself (and I'm sure most of you can relate). However, just because we don't have the time today, or in the next few weeks to embark on our next travel adventure, doesn't mean we won't have the opportunity to one day.

To wrap up this blog and to leave you all with a bit of inspiration, I have started to put together my own personal travel 'bucket list'. The possibilities are endless!

1. Shark Cage Dive in Cape Town, South Africa

2. Dogsled ride in Canmore, Alberta

3. Complete the Fitz Roy Trek, Argentina

4. Yoga retreat to Ananda in the Himalayans, India

5. Snowboard in Davos, Switzerland

6. Surf the coast of the Mentawai Islands, Indonesia

7. Stay in an Overwater Bungalow, French Polynesia

8. Visit the Shire, New Zealand

9. Oktoberfest, Germany

10. Climb Mount Fuji, Japan

11. Move to Banff for a snowboard season, Alberta

Just to name a few...

Rocky Mountains (Merriam, Megan. 2012)
Feel free to share something that may be on your bucket list and thanks for reading!

  1. You're bucket list is very inspirational, Especially number one. I definetly empathize with your feeling of wanderlust. Ever since the movie with Morgan Freeman I feel that a "Bucket list" is something everyone thinks about from time to time. One of my bucket list ideas would be to visit Ice Land

  2. I agree with your Bucket list for places to travel. Mine has a few different places but it was great to see that you had included places within Alberta. Some other places within Canada that may be interesting would be Niagara Falls, and Quebec during their Winter Carnival. After the chilly festival perhaps a hut in the middle of the Ocean in Tahiti to warm up.
